Since 2020, Daniel Gustav Cramer started a new group of works titled Portraits. These works describe the way individuals react to a certain set of unforeseen circumstances. The portrayed persons include Michael Collins, who travelled to the Moon, Ed Hillary, who was the first man to climb Mount Everest or Agatha Christie, who did not like to be photographed, as well as an unknown musician on a side street in Australia or an older man fishing calmly at a central Vaporetto stop in Venice. This latter portrait is presented here.
